L’emplacement, la vue, le confort et la propreté.
Il n’y avait rien dans l’appartement comme épicerie de fond ( huile, vinaigre, …), même pas une bouteille d’eau dans le frigo ! Le propriétaire a quand même apporté avec lui 2 rouleaux de papier WC ;)
