Maison BOOA - Piscine privée & Lac à proximité

The lady from the agency was very friendly, on time and supportive. Bathroom, WLAN, Garden furniture and kitchen did meet my expectations, however not all cooking utensils were properly cleaned by previous tenants. You also can't complain about the location, in walking distance to lake and shopping. Additional Parking is available outside, beside the small road, just in case your car is midsize or bigger or if you want to avoid the gravel in front of the garage.

The driveway into the garage is not only filled with gravel, but also short, diagonally and inclined. The same gravel is used for the way to the entrance. Not really suitable for shoes with heels or sandals. Instead of entrance stairs, two railroad sleepers are used. Fancy, but you need to accommodate your footwear. The pool is much smaller than expected, based on the picture provided in the description and due to the fact, that the pool is explicitly mentioned in the title of the offer. In fact, it is not a pool, but a deep basin to cool down or to be used for children to play. But the worst part, there are no steps / no ladder helping to get out of the so called pool. You need to be fit to climb out! It is also strange, that the tenants need to dispose their waste by their own. Public waste dumpster are available close to the lake, just a couple of 100 metres downhill.

Mooie woning en goed uitgeruste keuken met alle mogelijke apparaten en tools als je zelf wil koken.

Rumoerig vlakbij schrijnwerkerij. Het zwembad was niet verwarmd en ondanks temperaturen van 27 graden was het water ijskoud. Zou verwarmd mogen zijn gezien de prijs. Het ligt trouwens zo goed als de hele dag in de schaduw (half september).
