The property was beautiful. Fantastic garden with lovely decked area to relax. Quite private too. There was plenty of room with 6 adults and 2 teenagers. The beds were very comfy. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you’d need. Roberta, the host was very helpful and friendly. We arrived early and could leave the bike rack in the garage while we went off until check in time. Great location - supermarket, bike hire, cycle path all nearby. And 2 beaches within walking distance. The beach at St Jorioz was about a 15 min cycle, maybe 20 at my speed. We would definitely book again if there were enough of us going. We certainly love the beauty of Lake Annecy. Fans have been added to the bedrooms- I had read a review about the lack of air conditioning so was relieved so see fans. But keeping the shutters down during the day when we were out also helped keep the house cool.
