Comfortable, nicely finished, decent facilities and great location.
The communication to start with was good, however, on the day of check-in the staff meeting us to hand over keys was 20 minutes later than the agreed time. I called the office and they couldn't tell me why or where they were. Told me that maybe they were stuck in traffic and would be there soon.
There was also an issue with the hot water system that we were not aware of. One evening we had no hot water and when I called the office contact, was told they would text me instructions and then if it didn't work maybe call back! The instructions explained the fact there was a fault and that they were waiting for spare parts. There was a workaround by pressing a boost button, however, had to wait two hours for that to work. If we had known about it from the start we would have planned better!!
The apartment appeared quite clean initially, however, the coffee machine had not been used for some time, as the water in the chamber was full of mould. Clearly not checked by the housekeeping staff. There was also display/throw cushions on the beds and they were covered in stains on the back of them.
One other suggestion would be to provide kitchen knives. There was a pretty comprehensive selection of equipment but no actual prep knives, so you can cook as long as you don't need to cut anything substantial.
