The apartment was well equipped with everything that we needed. The location was perfect, close to local amenities, and easy access to the centre. Communication with the host was excellent—fast, friendly. Very helpful. Free parking was a bonus.

In a great location. Bright and modern flat.
The communal area carpets are filthy! Given that the majority of properties in the building evidently belong to this company I think this should be addressed as it's not a great first impression!
Lamps and a mirror in the 2nd bedroom would be nice.
Blinds at the bathroom window. Although it's a frosted window, as a woman, I still felt very exposed showering in front of the window particularly at night with the lights on. A blind or frosting in the kitchen would also be nice (especially for the neighbours we looked directly onto)
It's the first self catering we have stayed in - we stay in a lot across the UK - that hasn't provided a Welcome Pack. Those small touches do make a difference!
