The location is kinda perfect, close to underground and train station (if you're headed to WB studios) also for arrivals early/late night the stop is few steps from night tube line. There is a nice pub on the corner and a supermarket at train station
kitchen has basic equipment, nothing missing
everything was nice and clean
the couch is quite comfy for sleeping
wifi is reliable
entry codes to building and a room
there was some noise in the night first night, but the property reacted at least (sent a warning text to all guests)
there were no consumables (spices, salt...) except for tea bags and coffee (we didnt expect any)
the bathroom is accessible from one of the rooms, while kitchen is in the other, so less privacy

Excellent location for train access (either Euston and St Pancras very walkable) and great cafes and restaurants and comfortable beds, nice light in front room and good water pressure. The bedroom was quiet and nicely dark for sleeping. Clean sheets and towels and fridge, but the plates and mugs needed a good washing.
The front room with the sofa bed was very bright with street lighting (need more effective blackout curtains). The ceilings and walls were thin- we could hear our neighbors easily- they went to bed early but I could see this being a problem.
