The Space:
Tucked behind our main home, Mystic’s Cottage is a secluded, studio-style retreat designed for rest, reflection, and relaxation.
Surrounded by towering trees and nestled across from the grand and ancient Grandmother Oak, this sanctuary offers all the comforts of home with a touch of enchantment.
Restful Nights –
A queen-size bed with soft, 700-thread-count cotton sheets invites deep, rejuvenating sleep.
Spacious Bathroom –
Indulge in the vintage clawfoot soaking tub, refresh in the stall shower, and enjoy the convenience of double vanities.
Cozy Lounge Area –
A plush sectional couch creates the perfect space for reading, daydreaming, or unwinding after a long day of exploring.
Convenient Mini Kitchenette –
Tucked inside the walk-in closet, you’ll find a mini fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, and a selection of snacks to keep you comfortable throughout your stay.
Outdoor Space –
Step onto your front porch patio, sip your morning coffee, and breathe in the fresh, pine-scented air while soaking up the stillness of the forest.
Magical Touches –
Browse a small collection of mystical books, enjoy coloring books for quiet creativity, or set the mood with the Bluetooth sound system.
Pure Spring Water & High-Speed WiFi –
Stay refreshed with pristine drinking water from our natural spring, and enjoy fast WiFi, so you can stay as connected (or disconnected) as you choose.
Though Mystic’s Cottage is located behind our main home, it is tucked away behind the garage and pool area.
Whether you're here to recharge, retreat, or revel in nature’s magic, Mystic’s Cottage is your perfect woodland sanctuary.
Please note that this is a working ranch and because of this you may encounter wood splitting at the woodshed next door, the tractor or 4wheeler driving around or we may be burning debris. We can’t guarantee absolute quiet, but we do respect the quiet hours of 10pm - 8am.
Also, we have recently become a VanLife Campground. This means that we host digital nomads who camp and live here in their vans or trailers. The campground is now located behind the Mystic’s Cottage. Our campers are all working from home and are super respectful and super friendly.

Free on-site parking for easy arrival and departure. Full access to Whisper Canyon Ranch’s scenic trails, meadows, and outdoor spaces.

What a beautiful place. The Ranch is very nicely maintained and so was our cabin. Perfect amount of space for two people and the cabin has everything you can think of. The decor was a nice touch and the space was orderly. Host was communicative and very nice. We would definitely return for longer next time!
