About this apartment rental
A modern, newly renovated, well-appointed 1 BR guest suite in the hip and happening Main street (South Main) area. This spacious 600 sqft suite is situated on a quiet, tree lined street and only steps away from cafes, boutiques, restaurants, transit. A private entrance with a key pad entry, radiant floor heating, high-speed internet, a 50" TV, basic cable w Netflix, laundry, and a fully equipped kitchenette. With a king size bed, this unit comfortably sleeps 2 people or a small family. Ample lighting throughout, and a window in every room gives it a bright, airy feel.
We are a family of 5 (3 small kids) and the guest suite is located on the ground level of our family home. There will be some noise transfer to the unit during the day from our children behaving like children (playing, footsteps, toys being dropped on the floor, etc.. ). High traffic times are from 7am-7pm, however, as we are working professionals and our kids attend school, we are in and out of the house during the weekdays. We are best situated to host guests looking for a central location and a clean, safe and comfortable home to rest their heads while they visit with family and friends or explore the city. If you have children yourself, we can lend you a few kids toys, books, a pack and play or highchair upon request.

Wonderful find! Great location, really comfortable with everything you could need for a two week stay. Hosts were very approachable, without being intrusive. I hope to stay again!

The apartment was in the safe and beautiful neighborhood of Mt. Pleasant. It was clean, very comfortable and everything worked well. Providing a washer/dryer was handy and goes above and beyond what most VRBO hosts present to guests. Trevor and Gemma also provide coffee pods with the coffee maker, so you can enjoy some complimentary coffee while there. Overall, this was a lovely stay. I would highly recommend for one person or a couple. It might work for families as well, inquire with the owners to find out. Thanks for a great stay, Trevor and Gemma!

Very nice place. Well appointed and very clean.Washer / dryer, coffee maker. comfy bed. Easy walkingdistance to just about everything. Bus line is just down the street. We did very little cooking, as there are somany foodie places around. Nice neighbourhood andgreat hosts.
