The location was great, in a very quiet neighbourhood, with the no. 2 bus just around the corner. We were able to use the shared kitchen if we wished. The bed was very comfortable. Best of all though was our host Rhoda! She was so kind and welcoming and nothing was a problem. She picked us up from the airport and offered to pick our daughter up the next day also, even though she wasn't staying at Rhoda's. Communication on WhatsApp was excellent in advance of our arrival.
The basement bedroom was just a little too hot at night without air con.

nice room and staff member was very nice
not sure if its booking.com fault as no info was sent before we got there about locked box and info about place. There was no info about if we could make a cup of tea and use the premises downstairs. No extra pillows as the ones that were there were too soft and no sheets only quilt and it was too hot to have it on.
