About this house rental

Your vacation rental includes upstairs and on the same level: living room (sofa bed) with fitted kitchen area, 1 bedroom (1 160x200 bed) communicating with the bathroom (shower and washing machine), independent toilet. 16 m² terrace with electric water barbecue. Large courtyard, carport with the possibility of storing bicycles. Gite fitted out above the garage of the owners who do not use it in the presence of holidaymakers. 2 charging stations for electric vehicles available in the village, 1 km away. In a rural environment, 350 m from a farm, the Rose des Vents apartment will be a comfortable place to stay on the Côte de Penthièvre. You will have a spacious living room communicating with the well-sheltered terrace overlooking a pretty landscaped garden: very pleasant when you return from your walks....and the region is rich in curiosities. To start with Cap Fréhel (17 km) dominating the sea from 70 m, its pink sandstone cliffs offer one of the most beautiful views in Brittany: an unmissable site. Do you like idleness and the beach? Then you'll love the resort of Sables d'Or les Pins (11 km), a superb seaside resort with its avenues lined with beautiful art-deco and Anglo-Norman style villas, its beautiful long beach of dunes. If you prefer small wild creeks, then join Erquy (14 km) and escape to Cap d'Erquy: exceptional panorama! 16 km from Lamballe, from its national stud farm. Welcome to the Rose des Vents - Jacqueline and Jean-Yves are delighted to welcome you to the apartment they have just renovated: arrive with complete peace of mind because here everything is provided to make your stay easier: bed made, towels provided and charges included!
