Your vacation rental, arranged on 2 levels, includes: On the ground floor : Large living room comprising on one side the living room and the well-equipped fitted kitchen and on the other side the living room, separate toilet with laundry area. Upstairs : 1 bedroom (1 160x200 bed + 1 90x190 bed) 1 bedroom (1 160x200 bed) and a child's bedroom (1 90x190 bed and baby bed), bathroom (shower) and separate toilet. Outside: 25 m² terrace, private land being grassed, large shared courtyard at the entrance to the property with parking. Gite adjoining a 2-person gîte and close to 2 other gîtes. In the countryside, in a dead end leading to the property, this pretty Breton farmhouse, comfortably renovated, includes 2 adjoining accommodations: La Maison de Marie (5 people) and a small house (2 people), each with its own private space. The owners have favored a trendy and harmonious decoration to make you feel at home. The place is very pleasant, but the Côte de Goëlo has some pretty curiosities in store for you to discover: the charming Casino beach in St Quay Portrieux (2.8 km) with all its water activities (windsurfing, beach volleyball, carousel, mini golf ...), a stroll along the fishing and marina ports will be a must. 4.7 km from Binic, pretty seaside resort with Banche beach at the entrance to the resort. 22 km from St-Brieuc. In the countryside, less than 3 km from the beaches of Saint Quay Portrieux, pretty Breton farmhouse, very spacious and trendy for 5 people. You can even stay there with your little pet!
