Casa Serena is a stunning farmhouse and apartment nestled below the beautiful medieval village of Penna San Giovanni, in the unspoilt region of Le Marche.
Casa Serena is situated 2km off the main road in a delightful, rural and private setting.
The beautifully renovated, modern, 1 bedroom apartment is perfect for couples, but can sleep up to 3 adults. The accommodation offers:
Open plan kitchen/living area with double doors opening on to a private terrace with covered dining area and access to the swimming pool. Stunning, fully fitted, Italian design kitchen with oven, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, coffee maker, WiFi. A wood burning stove for chilly evenings outside of the summer months.
A mezzanine level in the main room with a double sofa bed and smart TV and DVD player.
Double bedroom - double bed with new memory foam mattress, ample storage space in the large wardrobe and bedside drawers (travel cot and highchair available upon request). Double doors open to swimming pool terrace.
A mezzanine level where the office with desk can be found.
Italian design bathroom with large sink, WC, bidet, waterfall shower and remote controlled infrared heated mirror for chilly mornings and evenings.
The swimming pool, with it's stunning dark grey liner, is conveniently located next to the property in the lovely, mature gardens. The tranquility and privacy create the perfect environment for a relaxing, sun soaking summer holiday.
The use of the pool is shared with the owners. Exclusive use of the pool, at certain times, can be arranged.
The swimming pool is not heated so will only be opened when temperatures permit, this will normally be in late May, early June.
Casa Serena apartment makes the perfect base for keen walkers, nature lovers and mountain bikers. There are a number of walks and biking trails directly from the property.
The village of Penna San Giovanni is a 10 minute drive and has a small supermarket, bakery, a number excellent restaurants and bars in the local area, a bank and a doctors surgery.
