Location was amazing.
We had a tremendous amount of pigeon excrement in the entry to the flat. Seem to be the only door that had this issue. Was a large build up that was already there when we checked in.
The bathroom smelled like a sewer. I suspect that the wax seal between the toilet and the sewer needs to be replaced.

excellent location in the heart of Rennes, many attractions, restaurants and shops in walking distance
the mattress was old and curved towards the middle, the apparent was dusty: the feather lamp above the bed had a layer of dust that was 1 cm thick . I kept imagining that dust being sprinkled on me as I slept
