Our neighborhood is very unwelcoming. They have science posted everywhere not allowing short-term guests to use any of the amenities. Don’t like the highway that you have to cross to get to the beach, but it is a short walk. The place was pretty clean, but you have to drive 30 minutes to get to a larger grocery store or reasonably priced alcohol
