A beach wagon is available to haul chairs and guest-provided beach toys to the beach. Escape from the sun under the covered patio and host a warm-weather barbecue using the propane grill. Gather at the picnic table and enjoy a delicious meal alfresco! There is also a convenient outdoor shower to rinse off the sand after an exciting day at the beach.
The interior of this beach abode is as pristine as it looks, with beautiful turquoise accents here and there and coastal decor throughout. Pull out any of the provided board games and gather at the eight-person dining table for a fun time. Or head to the inviting living area to snuggle up on the sofas and stream your favorite series on the smart TV with cable and streaming services. The sparkling full kitchen is complete with modern stainless steel appliances and all the cookware needed to prepare memorable meals and beach snacks. Take in the views of the surrounding neighborhood and nature from the comfort of your covered deck. Additional amenities include central air-conditioning and an on-site washer/dryer.

The house itself was very clean and spacious, exactly as advertised. The beds were comfortable, and no one had to sleep on top of anyone else, which was nice. That said, it felt like quite a drive from town to not realistically have much of a beach or bay view.Be aware of the early checkout time, 10am. We received a text at 8:00 a.m. asking us to click a link if we checked out early was a bit annoying—especially after I inquired about a late checkout and received a cold, corporate-style response along the lines of “pay or be out by 10,” without any explanation of how to actually do that. So we left at 10 and clicked the link at 10. Would have payed to stay longer but the interaction turned me off of trying to inquire further. I did think the patio space was nice, and there was plenty of parking and game options. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and I’m rating them accordingly.

This a great place and we would stay here again! We're a family of four and there was more than enough space- it would easily sleep 8. The beach is super close and there are hoses all over outside so you can clean off before going inside. The inside was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed and more. There were a couple of ants, but nothing out of the ordinary for the south.

Absolutely love I would definitely recommend and will be coming back and book again this house had everything we would need and more they had a high chair for my baby and a play pin very clean home able to go outside and still hear the ocean from the balcony so much positive to say about this home love it happy to say we enjoyed our thanksgiving dinner here

The house is very accommodating, and we liked that the houses are not right on top of each other like they are in other neighborhoods. Great communication with management; quick to respond. We enjoyed our time here!
