The owner permitted us to change rooms.Location lovely
It seems to be normal in Tasmania that you don't get room service as per your room tidied and bed made,perhaps like Asian countries this could be a consideration.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location - we enjoyed walking along the river. The cafe is lovely - delicious meals and great coffee!

The location was good, nice walk to the city and across the road from the waterfront.
The property is dated, I know they said they were going to renovate and can appreciate this, however very overpriced for what we had.
