About this apartment rental
Il Casale di Giovanna is a villa from 1889, recently renovated. We offer 3 separate apartments, each with its own swimming pool and garden for exclusive use. There are no spaces to share.
In the Rosmarino apartment, on the ground floor, you will find:
- large living room, fireplace and satellite TV
- kitchen with dishwasher, oven and microwave
- 2 double bedrooms
- 1 bedroom with double bed and double sofa bed
- 1 double sofa bed in the living room
- 3 bathrooms: 2 with shower, 1 with bathtub
- Outdoor tables and chairs with umbrella
- garden and swimming pool for exclusive use with sunbeds and umbrellas
- BBQ
It can accommodate up to 10 people.
It is located in a fantastic position, surrounded only by hills, cultivated fields, olive trees and streams; an isolated environment, ideal for those seeking peace and tranquility.
In a quarter of an hour you can reach the sea, with the splendid towns of Grottammare and San Benedetto del Tronto, characterized by sandy beaches, fish restaurants and a lively nightlife.
Fantastic location: excellent wineries, cities of art and wonderful beaches can be reached in a few minutes by car.

We spent two great weeks at Il Casale di Giovanna. The place is really nice, in the middle of the hills, close to the beach, surrounded by so many small villages that you don’t get enough time to visit all of them in 2 weeks. The house is very well equipped and offered enough space for us (we were between 5 and 8 adults during these weeks); in any case we spent most of the time either at the garden or on the road. The two flats are well isolated and the common space is split in a way that you always have your privacy. All in all a great choice if you like nature, quietness and want to know a bit of Le Marche an ideal place to spend your holidays. Grazie Marco

Could not have asked for a better host! for a better house! We were in Ascoli for a wedding, family from Italy, Argentina, United States and Australia were attending.
Guess where we all gathered and had our meals and down time? At this house!! we felt at home, we felt like we were locals, we loved it! we were a family of 8 and we had room to roam, area to explore.
Will stay here again always!!

We had a wonderful time in the house "Casale di Giovanna". From the house you have stunning views in the surrounding landscape and in the hills of the Marche. There is absolutly no annoyance due to noise and it is always nice to take a bath in the beautiful pool in the middle of the wonderful garden. The house is convenient and everything you need is available. In the surroundings is so mutch to see (nature, culture, history, nice restaurants etc). We will come back for sure.
