Appartamento molto curato, spazioso e pulito. Le ampie finestre permettono un'ottima vista vista sul panorama. Siamo stati seguiti in tutti i dettagli fin dal momento della prenotazione all'avviso in loco. Lorenzo è stato gentilissimo nel fornire tutte le indicazioni utili e, pur essendo il giorno di Pasqua, si è adoperato per un contrattempo che abbiamo avuto, non dovuto a lui o all'appartamento. Consiglio vivamente la permanenza in questa struttura.
Forse un po' lontano dal mare per le vacanze estive, ma il quartiere è molto carino, curato e ci è sembrato tranquillo.

Belle résidence située dans un jardin bien entretenu. Le parking privé est appréciable. Le lieu est parfait pour visiter Recanati et la région (Macerata, Ascoli...)
L'appartement est très propre et bien équipé. Lorenzo est accueillant et disponible.

Von der Terrasse aus: atemberaubender Fernblick bis zum Meer (bei optimalem Wetter). Neues, ausreichend großes Apartment, mit dem notwendigsten Mobiliar eingerichtet, viel Stauraum, etwas zu cool (=nicht unbedingt gemütlich). Klimatisiert, ausreichend Parkplätze, absolut ruhige Lage. Gutes Sicherheitsgefühl. Vermieter vorbildlich freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuverlässig. Ansprechende Außenanlage, sehr gepflegt.
Küchenausstattung spartanisch (nur Wassergläser, keine Salatschälchen, keine Spülmaschine), harte, unbequeme Stühle. Auf der Terrasse: keine Privatsphäre, kein Sonnenschutz. Im Apartment kein Mückenschutz an den Fenstern/Türen.
