Located in the heart of Saint-Martin and the start of the 600 km of slopes of the 3 valleys, the largest ski area in the world, a charming accommodation of 78 m² on the ground floor, in an 18th century farmhouse typical of the traditional houses of the country, rehabilitated in 2022 by an architect, ceilings with 11 vaults. Contemporary and warm furnishings for 6 people. Quiet house, lovely views, south and west facing, well equipped, owners on site. Local and quality shops, ski school, "Piou Piou" nursery, thalassotherapy, many restaurants including "La Bouitte" 3 stars. Household linen provided by the owner, beds made on arrival, slippers, end of stay cleaning included. Welcome with welcome sweets!

Property has recently been renovated and is stunning, plenty of space for 6. Brigitte (host) met us at the property with her husband and were very welcoming. Communication was good, used google translate which worked great. 5 mins from bottom of drag lift and ski lockers which takes you to the main gondola. Room is equipped with ski locker and boot heaters but it’s easier to leave by the slopes if with kids. Less than 5 mins to a few great bars and restaurants! Will be going back next year! Our entire experience at Brigitte’s apartment in Saint Martin de Belleville was wonderful. The town itself is authentic and charming, with just enough delightful shops to ensure you have the best local produce and fresh goods each day and more than enough snow-gear rental outlets. The apartment is nestled among gorgeous traditional cottages and chalets, and a short (albeit, uphill) walk from the baroque church and centre of the village. The living space is the result of a very tasteful renovation of the barn/basement of an historic mountain home. Thick stone walls, arched ceiling and ample natural light make for a lovely ambience, while the underfloor heating, ample furnishings, storage and drying area for ski gear, plus all of the necessary tools for home cooking (including your own raclette grill!), make for a most comfortable stay. And to top it all off, Brigitte is the most charming hostess, providing a warm welcome, local advice and assistance whenever needed. And all of this just a 5sy minute walk from lifts that deliver you into the midst of the largest and best-serviced ski area in Europe. Belleville, indeed!
