Hello! We are CUBO'S HOLIDAY HOMES, specialising in holiday accommodations since 2005.
Discover this spectacular apartment in Mijas Costa, perfect for families or groups of up to 10 people who wish to enjoy a comfortable and well-equipped stay in a privileged setting. With 110 m² of luminous space and tastefully furnished, it features five spacious bedrooms, three modern bathrooms and a spacious living-dining room to share unique moments. The independent kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including two coffee makers (Italian and Tassimo capsules), ideal for coffee lovers.
Enjoy two private terraces: one glazed with translucent glass and garden furniture for relaxing, and another uncovered perfect for outdoor meals under the sun. Air conditioning throughout the apartment ensures a fresh and comfortable environment at all times.
The urbanisation offers communal swimming pools, well-maintained gardens, loungers for relaxing, and a direct access to the beach through an illuminated underground passage, providing you with the opportunity to enjoy the natural beauty of the Costa del Sol and the Coastal Path, ideal for walks by the sea and exploring local gastronomy. Additionally, it has parking within the complex (unassigned, availability not guaranteed).

Nice and clean, good modern facilities. Air conditioners and heating good. Good kitchen and dining table and sofas, enough room for everyone.
It took over a week to come fix the broken shade.
Birds litter the balcony every day when they are constantly on the roof.
Location next to busy highway brings a lot of noise from constant traffic.

We stayed here for a week (7 adults, 3 children), it was a great size for us all. Good sized rooms, plenty storage and 3 bathrooms. We loved the big communal area with a dining table big enough to fit all of us. Plenty of plates, cutlery, glasses etc for everyone. Although basic cupboard essentials would help (salt?)The air con in the living room leaked when it was on which lead to someone slipping and hurting themself, the air con in one of the bedrooms leaked onto one of the balconies which meant we couldn’t use it (the 2nd balcony is fully covered and hotter than hell due to the air con unit being stored here. Although perfect for drying washing!) one of the bedrooms had air con which didn’t work at all - not ideal in 30 degrees! Both balconies are unusable.The children’s pool has been emptied of water and can’t be used at all. This was one of the things that had sold the property to us so we were disappointed at seeing this upon arrival. I can see that the website has now been updated to say this.Overall we loved our stay but there were a few things that could have been changed to make it perfect.
