About this house rental
This very spacious semi-detached holiday home with free WiFi in a small complex next to the Cabopino golf course is set over three floors and is just a short walk from several restaurants, bars and some shops.
There is a garage in front of the house and a patio area leading to the front door. From there you enter into a large hallway with WC to the right; to the left is a utility room and a fully fitted kitchen with serving hatch to the dining room.
The living/dining area is located at the rear of the house and boasts a large dining table, a wall-mounted TV with several international channels and an open fireplace. From the living room, you can access a covered, fenced terrace with a large sofa, perfect for enjoying the cooler evenings. A few steps lead to the wooden floor terrace, where you will find four sun loungers and a small barbecue. The lower floor has two bedrooms and a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
On the first floor there are three bedrooms, two of which share a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The master bedroom with king-size bed has its own large bathroom.
From the master bedroom there is access to a terrace, from which a spiral staircase leads to the spacious roof terrace with parasols and sun loungers. Here you can admire the views of the golf course, the sea and Cabopino.
