Location was great We had enough beds and space for 8 Key box worked well Thanks again for the use of your flat
Need, spare towels in kitchen and bath rooms Could have been cleaner. Pretty dusty in some areas A tray to bring food and dishes upstairs would be helpful (our average age was 70) lots of up and downstairs Garbage wasn’t picked up before we got there, so we took out our bags along with 7 other bags. Suggestion, remove table runner and cloth it would simplify area for groups.

Location is excellent. It is a big house that can fit 10 people comfortably. It is really clean.
It was hot in London this summer and although they have some window ACs sometimes it is not enough. If you turn on the AC in the main bedroom you can’t shut off the shutters at night so light comes in at 5 am.
