The hosts were very nice and extremely hospitable
A small language barrier as they didn't speak English and we didn't speak French, but not a problem with Google translate these days :)

J'ai séjourné une nuit avant un important RDV sur le terrain du circuit Spa-Francorchamps. C'était idéal pour moi vu que j'étais motorisé. Le quartier est résidentiel "haut de gamme".
Le bruit de l'autoroute assez proche, il faut s'habituer mais pour une nuit, ça va.

Rapport prix / prestation conforme aux attentes compte tenu du prix demandé et de la proximité du circuit de Spa partie location des chambres independante du logement du proprietaire. grand parking voitures Plutot calme meme si l'autoroute est proche. Frigo , machine à café, TV grand ecran en salle commune , chambre et salle de bain propres. Literie correcte
Adresse aleatoire pas facile a trouver puisque sans numero ni panneau. Ne repond pas au telephone malgré plusieurs appels et proprietaires presents. Trois chambres en palier , une seule salle de bains pour les trois chambres et un seul toilette dans la salle de bains. Pas d'eau chaude pour la douche le soir alors que la temperature exterieure etait de 25 degres ! , pas d'eau chaude le matin non plus ! Accueil correct sans plus. tres peu de contact avec le propriétaire. Pas de petit dejeuner proposé.
