About this apartment rental
Behind a magnificent limestone farm, you enter a small corner of paradise at the bottom of which sheep graze quietly at the edge of the pond. Martin, Alice, Véronique and Joël invite you to enter their sumptuous garden with trees and flowers and to climb onto their balcony.
You then arrive in their magnificent gîte which has been fully restored and fitted out by Joël. The character and authenticity have been preserved with the woodwork and half-timbering. The decoration combines old and modern, the equipment is new and comfortable (TV and wifi available). The beds are prepared, the linen is provided. Very quickly, you will feel at home in our bright cottage with a breathtaking view. A whole part of the garden is reserved for you.
The region is beautiful and full of discoveries and activities.
The house is 500 meters from the Menhirs of Oppagne and the Dolmen of Oppagne.
The megalithic site of Wéris is the 1st tourist attraction. You are also 7 km from the charming little town of Durbuy. The Aisne valley offers superb wooded hikes.
Among the activities, let us quote: the small wonder of Durbuy, the golf of Durbuy, the caves of Hotton, the labyrinth of Barvaux, the small bat in Bomal, the Chlorophyle park in Dochamps, ...

Spacious accommodation in the countryside with a lot of authentic atmosphere and carefully selected rural interior. Very fully furnished and clean. Wonderfully quiet location and surrounded by beautiful scenery. The hosts are very nice and pleasantly uncomplicated. -Thank you for everything!

We absolutely loved every minute of our stay. We fam for 4 days and spent almost every day in the wonderful garden. A big part of the garden is only for the guests which is super nice and quiet. Veronique and Joel have been amazing hosts. They invited us for a glass of wine in their part of the garden and offered us to use all their herbs and spices in their garden. The accomodation was super cozy and we Had all we needed. We will be defintely coming back:)

Het was goed maar niet bijzonder. De inrichting van het appartement was een combinatie van oud en modern. Het appartement heeft geen uitzicht op de natuur, wat we echt jammer vinden. Er waren enkel dakramen. En de mooie tuin konden we enkel door de kleine voordeur zien. De keuken was goed voorzien van apparatuur. De badkamer was modern en ruim. We zijn met twee volwassen en een kind van 13 verbleven en dat was juist genoeg ruimte voor ons drie. De ligging was niet ver van Wéris waar je een mooie wandeling kan doen. De eigenaren waren vriendelijk maar de communicatie was moeilijk, omdat zij enkel Frans spraken (geen Nederlands of Engels).
De prijs kwaliteit was goed.
