Welcome to our beach house in quaint Otter Rock. Access Beverly Beach - a long stretch of beautiful Oregon Coast just two blocks away, or wander down a path across the street to the Marine Garden, a protected preserve ideal for exploring tidepools and the Devil's Punchbowl.
Surfing, beach-combing, picnicking, or just hanging out on the sand - it's all right here. Our town is a bustling spot on a sunny day - don't fight the crowds for parking...stay right here! Mo's West, the Flying Dutchman Winery, and Cliffside Coffee & Sweets are also a couple of blocks away, right across from Devil's Punchbowl State Park. We are also walking distance to Spyglass at Otter Crest which also offers a local dining menu, breakfast, lunch and dinner.
This is a family home - comfortable not luxurious but it has all the things we want when we go to the beach. Cook in a fully equipped kitchen with a large dining room table. There are many spice basics, flour, sugar, coffee, tea, oil, and such similar things too. We share plastic wrap, foil, ziplocs, and all the things you have in your own kitchen. (Things do run out occasionally so no guarantee on all the exact contents of the cupboards!) Pick up some seafood at the Chelsea Rose in the Newport docks to grill on our bbq!
Our wrap-around sunset deck has bright blue rocking chairs to relax and enjoy the sunsets. And the best part is that we also added a hot tub! It has a lovely ocean view - perfect for after a day on the beach.
Enjoy streaming movies & shows from our comfy sectional or play one of the many provided board games. With over 1,500 square feet of space on two floors, there is room to spread out and relax. Wifi too! A reading corner in the living room is a nice place to relax or nap too. Access to the balcony from the upstairs offers chairs for a distant view of Yaquina Lighthouse and fun people watching in the summer.
Upstairs, the one bedroom has a queen-size bed and a full/twin bunk bed. This is a great spot for the kids or for families to be in the same room but have your own beds. The queen bed upstairs does have the best morning view of Gull Rock out the window!
The second bedroom downstairs has a king bed with an adjacent bathroom and shower.
We have a futon in the downstairs bonus room that provides another sleeping option. There is a full size washer and dryer in the adjacent laundry room.
We have lots of toys, games, and books to entertain most ages. There is a booster chair with a tray that you can attach to a kitchen chair and we have a pack and play if you want to bring your own sheet. There is a wooden baby gate too.
Perfect for a family vacation, a girl's weekend, or getting away with friends.
The house is accessed by a personalized key code sent via email prior to your stay. Check in is 4pm and check out is 11 am.
We do have a 2 day minimum stay requirement but sometimes offer single days in between other stays, during slower times, or last minute. If actual guest count exceeds the number of people expected, penalty fees may apply.

This rental far exceeded my expectations! It was absolutely amazing! My two friends and I had a “girls getaway’ and it was perfect! The second we stepped through the door it felt like home away from home! We slept upstairs and the view of the ocean and the crashing of the waves was so relaxing. The neighborhood was so quiet! We throughly enjoyed the hot tub and across the street took us to the beach and Devils Punch bowl. It’s a unmaintained road, and when you got to the end of the path, you have to go down a man made path that is a little steep but for us (61 1 with two knees, 1 with a bad foot and 1 with two bad hips we did it just fine multiple time a day). The other direction about a block away there are a LOT of steps to get down to see the beach and the top of Devil’s Punch Bowl but was totally worth it! We stayed three nights and four days and honestly wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely be booking this rental again! It was a perfect spot to stay, I highly recommend this rental if you are looking for a nice quiet place to stay!

My family and I really enjoyed staying in this home. The upstairs was very comfortable and provided a great place for the entire family to congregate on the rainy, spring afternoons when we were not by the ocean. There was great seating, great views, games, and it was warm and bright.
We found the kitchen to have everything we needed for cooking great meals. The pots and pans and knives were great quality and nice to use.
One of this properties greatest attributes is its location. It's a short walk to two different styles of coast line--rocky, tidal pools and wide, flat sandy beach. This made it feel like there were plenty of places to explore right out the front door. It is also a convenient distance from New Port for grocery trips or other errands, while the home itself feels off the beaten path with really only foot traffic on the streets by the house.
Great property for those looking to get the most out of the coasts and beaches of Oregon.
