What a fantastic spot! We will DEFINITELY rent this place again. You are literally on the block before the parking lot. We geared up and walked to surf every day. The property was private and the dome was so cool.
The kitchen is pretty basic but you can cook no problem. They're missing weird things like measuring cups and measuring spoons, but it wasn't a huge deal. Just bring what you need to cook your specific meals if you have certain kitchen utensils you like to use.
The house gets HOT in the afternoon. It was mid 60s and really warm in there. But we opened windows and the deck door and it was fine. They provide multiple fans that move the air around nicely.
Great bonus was a teeny view of the ocean from the deck AND the loft.
Definitely loved our stay and can't wait to go back.

Quirky and fun place to stay near the beach. The home is well supplied and tastefully decorated. Highlights were Devil's Punchbowl, surfers, rocky beaches, and even a whale . Downsides: primary bed in a loft and no window coverings so no sleeping in. Also, not accessible if you can't do stairs. Great for a weekend getaway.

Unique and fun house! Great location. House was not entirely cleaned when we arrived which was a bit of a bummer, but not a huge deal. We experienced a nighttime thunderstorm which was pretty incredible given all the windows!

This is a unique property and it was fun to see the moon and stars out of the dome windows on the ceiling at night.
Unfortunately, we had major difficulty getting into the unit. The extremely long door code wouldn't open the door on a few occasions, necessitating a call to VACASA.
The other really bad thing was the refrigerator. When we loaded it, the door kept coming open, so we pushed a chair in front of it to keep the door closed. However, that wasn't the only problem. The fridge just wasn't working. The ice cube trays were full of water that wouldn't freeze and all of our food in the fridge was ruined. The property manager came with bags of ice the next day, but by then it was too late! We're still waiting to hear if we are going to be compensated for this.
The other thing that we hadn't anticipated was all the stairs. It was difficult for us to unload the car, schlep everything upstairs, and then up another flight to the sleeping area. We're both in our 70's and this made it a bit difficult!
