Wild Dunes Cottage was very comfortable and was in a perfect location for our needs. We made three trips over to Galveston so ferry access was handy. This seemed to be a quieter area of the beach so that was a plus. There were a few issues, but Cobb handled it very professionally. Found a new favorite restaurant ( Tia Juanita's Fish Camp ) and enjoyed all of the old favorites like Stingaree.

We had a wonderful time at Wild Dunes Cottage. The house was perfect for our family with multiple bedrooms and entertainment areas. Great location on the beach and a quiet neighborhood.

This was a home with beautiful intentions, it’s spacious. The toilet in the master bath had a broken handle, there was mildew on the walls, around the vents. Downstairs none of the lights worked. No one can help a hurricane, but note that if it’s raining, the copious standing water surrounding the property breeds mosquitoes and any time we opened a door they swarmed. There was no breeze and no fan on the porch. I would not stay here again.
