The Space:
Biscayne Seaglass is a beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bath home in the gated Biscayne subdivision. With over 2700 square feet, this house is perfect for 2-3 families and sleeps 12 comfortably. You'll love the gorgeous views from both the furnished front deck, and the more private back deck on a canal.
The spacious living area has lovely coastal decor and comfortable seating, and a large screen TV for those movie nights. This is open to a dining area and large kitchen. You'll find all the cookware, appliances, and prep space you need to cook and serve meals for your whole group, as well as plenty of seating at the granite island. You'll also like the convenient washer and dryer on the premises.
The primary bedroom features a king bed with a lovely ensuite bathroom. Bedroom two also has one king; bedroom three features a queen and shares a Jack and Jill bathroom. The final bedroom is a perfect separate space for the kids! There is a queen bed and 3 futons - providing a seating area by day and extra sleeping accommodations at night. The room also has a table for games. All bedrooms have TVs, and the house is equipped with high speed internet for your devices and streaming convenience.
In addition to two upstairs decks, there is a terrific entertaining area downstairs. Enjoy the built-in bar with stools and extra seating, a charcoal grill, and a picnic table. The outdoor sand shower is also a must after a day spent on the beach!
No pets are allowed. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.
The homeowner does not provide linens and towels, but, if you choose, they are available upon request from our linen service (additional fee applies).

The house itself was beautiful, but the location made it stunning. There was so much room for our party of 14 (including 3 kids under 6) everything was perfect! We will be back again!!

First,the online booking was very easy and all details were handled in a very fast professional way. This peticular house was very clean and the layout of the house was outstanding for a larger group. The location was super clean and quiet. Will be renting again in the future with this group.

We have rented this home 2 years in a row for our annual "Framily" vacation and we absolutely love it. We have 3 families that come from Houston to stay and the layout is perfect. The kids LOVE the upstairs playroom/bedroom! The pantry was unlocked last year making it easier for us to store the foods we brought, but this year it was locked so we had to store the food in the laundry room. Other than that it had everything we needed. The property is serene and we haven't had any issues in this neighborhood. It is a bit of a walk from the house to the beach, but rent a golf cart and it makes things so much easier...plus the kids love going for rides on the beach!
