Great central location, well-equipped apartment and a responsive host

Our host was very welcoming and helped us when we needed her. We have been to many apartments over the years but I can honestly say that this was the cleanest ever. A beautiful apartment just a stones throw away from the market.

Extremely well stocked apartment, lots of space for 6 friends , beautifully decorated and clean.Brilliant location for beach, shops, bars and restaurants, market only a minute away.Pool area clean , quiet and large with a lovely grass area and trees if you want shade.Extremely responsive host and easy check in process.Wouldnt hesitate to book again.

Overall, we would rate this unit as 3.5. Had there been no construction, we would have given it a 4. PROs: • Great location • 2 minute walk to Mercadona • 3 minute walk to sea/beach/restaurants/shops • 5 minute walk to large Tuesday market • 10 minute walk to train • Spacious and comfortable for 4 adults • Has all the needed amenities • Full size refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, washer • Drying racks are on 2 of the 3 balconies • Large pool (a little cold when we were there in April, but great for cooling off sore feet and legs after a long day of walking) CONs: • The unit above us was being renovated. The workers were there from 7:55AMuntil 6:30-7:00PM, Monday to Friday for the full 2 weeks we were there. The constant tapping, hammering, drilling in concrete, etc, was extremely irritating. At times we could not hear each other when sitting at the table. • Showers were challenging as the hot water would disappear for a couple minutes mid shower. We had to step out of the spray or turn off the water for a minute or two until it came back (unless you are good with cold showers that is). • Although we did not leave any open food out, every morning we had to kill tiny ants that were on the table or by the sink. • This could be a pro or con, the large balcony, or any of the other balconies, did not have a view of the sea as posted. Instead the view was of the gas station, which was good for people watching.
