This accommodation is composed of:
- an entrance with a bunk bed of 90 ;
- a bathroom;
- a kitchen equipped with washing machine, dryer, oven, microwave, Nespresso, toaster ... ;
- a room with a sofa bed 140/150 ;
- a living room
- and a mezzanine (in the living room) with a bed of 130.
It is located on the 2nd floor with elevator and can accommodate up to 4 people.
You'll have everything you need for a great vacation.
To note that :
- The kitchen opens onto the living room as well as a balcony with a table and a full view of the Mont Blanc range.
- Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning charge.
- You will have at your disposal: parking, television, iron, hair dryer, ski locker, lounge chair.
- A professional cleaning is done before and after each traveler.
Assets of the accommodation :
- Possibility to have lunch on the balcony (with removable table).
- Quiet and well maintained residence.
- A very nice walk along the Arve river allows to reach the city center of Chamonix which is only about 20 minutes away.
- Bus stops are located nearby.

- close to a beautiful lake (right next to the residence) ;
- close to the Flégère cable car and beautiful walks (Petit balcon, Praz paradise...) and the Chamonix golf course;
- 10 minutes walk from a grocery store located in the village of Les Praz. It offers fresh bread and quality organic products;
- and close to a tobacconist's shop, a post office and various bars and restaurants.
You'll have a transport card for free travel on internal train routes between Servoz and Vallorcine, and reduced fares on Chamonix Bus urban shuttles (except Chamo'nuit Bus).

Capital of mountaineering, Chamonix is much more than a resort: 10 ski areas make up its valley, an authentic and lively city center and many activities are offered in winter as well as in summer (snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, dog sledding, magnificent spa facing Mont Blanc, hiking to high altitude lakes, mountain biking ...). Other tourist places are very popular: the Aiguille du Midi, starting point for the mythical Vallée Blanche, invites you to a unique experience at 3800m altitude, or the Chemin de Fer du Montenvers, leading to the Mer de Glace. The latter is a valley of glaciers 7.5 km long. Spectacular landscapes are to be discovered all year long.
