Let yourself be seduced by Fleur de Cham, a recently renovated apartment where you feel right at home. Enjoy a superb view of the Aiguille du Midi and the Mont-Blanc massif. Ideal for a family stay, it is located just 1 km from Chamonix, near the Gaillands lake and its climbing sites. The Merlet park is easily accessible, as are local shops. Sheets and towels are provided for a smooth stay.

Deposit

Who are we?

Provided Articles

Each accommodation includes essential products (toiletries, soap, toilet paper, cleaning products) for the first 1 to 2 days.

It is the responsibility of the guests to replenish supplies during their stay if necessary.



For chimneys or washing machines, please purchase the wood and detergent yourself, as we do not provide these items.

***THE CHALET***

This private chalet with plenty of land and a large parking area has 2 apartments.



HIGH-END APARTMENT:

This apartment is the one you will have and it uses the stairs on the left side of the chalet for a separate entrance and privacy. This apartment has a balcony to which you alone have access.



GROUND FLOOR FLAT:

This flat uses the main entrance of the chalet located opposite the house. This flat has access to the outdoor terrace.



ROOMS

#1 room: the bed is 160 x 200 and includes all sheets and towels for 2 people.

#2 room: bunk bed with 2 single beds



BATHROOMS AND TOILETS

#1 Shower room with WC



SKI ROOM

This accommodation does not have a ski locker.



PETS

Domestic animals are NOT permitted on this property.



NO SMOKING

This apartment is non-smoking. It is only permitted to smoke outside.



PARKING

The car park is outside next to the stairs.



KITCHEN

The kitchen is equipped with all the basic equipment you need for cooking.

The table can accommodate 4 people;

GARDEN:

There is a large garden at the back which is shared by the two flats if you wish. Just next to this property there is also an open space with a ping-pong table for the public



WATER HEATER READ CAREFULLY

In France, the operation of water heaters is different from that of many other countries. Hot water is stored in a tank that can empty if there is high consumption. The time to fill and reheat the tank varies between one and five hours, depending on its capacity.



We kindly request that you avoid prolonged showers or baths, unless you are the last person to use the bathroom and can wait until the next morning to refill it.

This is an integral part of life in France, so we thank you for your understanding and consideration.



ELECTRICAL SYSTEM

In the UK, the electrical network is limited; if too many appliances (such as a hairdryer and a microwave) are used simultaneously, the circuit breaker may trip. In this case, it will need to be manually reset at the electrical panel.



Please avoid using multiple devices simultaneously: this system, very common in French households, aims to reduce energy consumption. We ask you to use only what you need.
