Our housekeepers do an exceptional job with cleaning after your stay. However, we do request that you please tidy up after yourselves:
1) Please pick up trash from the floor and take your trash out to the garbage bins
2) Please wash any dishes used during your stay
3) Used towels can be left on the bathroom floor to be laundered
PARKING
There are two parking spots on the driveway. Please do not park on the grass. If you choose to park your vehicle on the street, it should not be blocking the driveway or the fire hydrant.
Please note that surrounding streets may not seem to be in great condition. The city needs to improve the entire area. This is an overall issue with Niagara Falls NY in general, not just where the house is located. However, we find the place safe and have never had any problems.

The whole family took a little mini vacay just a short time to get away from the everyday routine. The house very inviting and welcoming. Plenty of room as we had a family of 8 and no one ever felt cramped up. Everyone able to enjoy all the house amenities from the Livingroom fireplace, TV, comfy couch, to the Jacuzzi Hot Tub and game room! The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen provides everything needs to cook and enjoy family meals and snacks. Thank you Moosa for sharing your beautiful home! deffinately would love to go again.

We had a great time staying at this quaint home. Hot tub, kitchen materials, the shampoo and conditioner, and other amenities were lovely. We loved playing air hockey and ping pong, and the fake fireplace was a great touch for our movie night. Thank you so much to the host for being extra communicative and making this process super easy!

This house is an older home that the host has put in upgrades. The shower, bathroom, stove. There are some details that were considerate and appreciated such as noise machines in the bedrooms, the oven is confection with an air fryer feature, pack and play crib, the host allows Netflix and Prime to stay logged in so we could watch movies on down days. Some things that I wish I would have known.The hot tub is hot BUT the jets either do not work or are so weak that we pretty much just took a hot chlorine bath. The house has had water damage so the smell of musk/mildew is very prominent, one of my family members is sensitive to dust and mold so this house was tough on her allergies.The refrigerator is not hooked to water (understandably) so know that you will need to bring drinking water and make/buy ice. The sink in the bathroom does not have a plug or screen so our first night our daughter dropped the toothpaste cap in the drain. There are no sheets on any of the beds. The mattresses on the bunk beds are not great, there is no toppers or anything to help with being able to feel the coils. I pulled the couch cushions off and put them on the beds and then back out to the couch in the morning, it was a PIA but worth it for my daughters to sleep. I wouldn’t choose this house again if we take this vacation again.
