Recently refurbished to an impeccable standard Olive Tree Cottage is a charming and stylish property that features a fabulous south-facing terrace, an EV charging point, and accommodation for up to 6 guests
The space
Olive Tree Cottage is conveniently located in the village of Aldringham, 4 mins to Thorpeness by car and 6 mins to Aldeburgh by car. There is an excellent pub (The Parrot) which is 30 seconds away!
Reception room; Dining room; Kitchen; conservatory room (which can be set up as bedroom 3); Two bedrooms; Shower room; Rear sunny terrace; parking for two cars (EV charging point).
NB: Please note that the staircase has a low ceiling - guests must take extra care when walking up and down the staircase. Please look at the photos of the stairs shown in the listing.
For a group of 4 more, and/or when there is the need to make up the Conservatory room (as a 3rd bedroom) there is a one-time payment of £30. This extra charge is for preparing the sofa bed as a bed with fresh linen and towel set
NB The beds can be set up as follows:
Bedroom 1: King
Bedroom 2: Twin (x 2 singles) or 1 x King-sized
Conservatory room: Double bed (sofa bed). NB This is a proper comfortable open-out sofa bed with spring base, mattress, and topper. Curtains and blinds in this room are black out lined.
