Lovely well equipped house in a really nice area. Only problem was the water pressure and temperature in the shower which was prone to fluctuate. Otherwise it was great.

Very enjoyable break - lovely area with lots of lovely walks. The house had everything we needed for a short break away. There was a very strong smell of curry in the kitchen when we first arrived, but it subsided after a few days. The bed linen in the master bedroom could probably do with being prettier, and the towels were quite scratchy. The house was very well equipped with everything we needed, plenty of seating in the living room, nice secure garden for our dog (there was other dog's poo in the garden but we picked that up too).
Great location - the small cinema in Leiston is fantastic and there was a lovely fish and chip shop in the town with an eat in area.
The small tearoom/cafe at Sizewell beach doesn't look much from the outside but has the best bacon sandwich I have ever tasted!
