La casa era molto pulita e dotata di ogni accessorio. Letti comodi e bagno confortevole. Ottima la posizione in centro e vicina a tutti i servizi.
Qualche problema di parcheggio e agevolerei il check in online ed il ritiro della chiave,procedure troppo lunghe per il check in online sopratutto se gli ospiti sono tanti. Toglierei anche tutte quelle clausole di pagamento danni nel contratto di affitto che potrebbero spaventare i clienti e che sono visibili solo dopo il pagamento,cosa che non trovo corretta,il cliente deve poter scegliere anticipatamente se accettare quelle condizioni o no e non dopo aver pagato e perso i termini di cancellazione gratuita.

De organisatie via welke het huis verhuurd werd. Ongelofelijk onhandige en burocratische registratie, kopieen van paspoort voor en achterkant moeten uploaden, live video call om te bewijzen wie je bent. Erg omslachtig allemaal. En dan overal boetes voor rekenen is vrij onvriendelijk
