Location and size of the unit. Very comfortable
Virtually no contact with the owner and check in arrangements were difficult. We did not realise it was an Airbnb with only remote phone contact. Lift didn't work and had to use the stairs and I have a very bad knee. Some train noise as the tracks are at the rear of the building.

Property is beautiful and clean. Great size and space, close walk to downtown and train. Incredible experience with being met at train. Wonderful host - super welcoming. Safe building.
