I have a delightful 2 bedroom Victorian cottage in a quiet street of the bustling Lewes Road, next to pubs, coffee bars, supermarkets, a bus stop and just 20 minutes walk to the heart of the city.
It's beautifully decorated with a touch of rustic charm, perfect for a home away from home in Brighton.
2 double beds with high end, extremely comfortable double mattresses and 1 double sofa bed. The sunny south-west facing garden is accessed through French doors leading out from the dining area.
Free street parking for 1 vehicle.

We had a really great stay in Gabbys house. It was so clean and so homely and had everything you need for a stay. We were a family group of six getting together to visit the University’s open days.
Great location. Really quiet but close to shops and transport and walkable into town.
I would absolutely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay. Some building works impacted a little negatively but this was not within Gabby's hands to control. Gabby was very responsive and helpful.
