Blackbird Cottage has two stylish bedrooms, 1.5 baths, an intimate library with Charnwood wood burning stove, reception room, an inviting kitchen with LaCanche cooker, and a private rose-filled garden. Blackbird Cottage features original art from acclaimed Winchester artists, framed using woods from the New Forest.
Whether you are coming to visit the College, the Cathedral, or the Christmas Market, you will be invited into the relaxing and delightful environment at Blackbird Cottage.
Please note that for the safety of guests and the property there is a security camera outside at the rear terrace and inside the front foyer pointed at the front door. The interior door between the foyer and reception can be closed for addional privacy.

We loved our stay at Blackbird Cottage. Bright and clean with a cute patio out back surrounded with an abundance of roses. An easy walk into town. We appreciated the fun coffee maker but had no other use for the kitchen. Maybe next time!

A lovely central home to explore Winchester from. Very comfortable and host was very responsive and helpful. A light airy home with a gorgeous little courtyard at the back. A walk to everything. Loved it

Even the smallest of details—
Wonderfully welcoming, and in a great location. Very quiet, cute, clean and a very short walk to Winchester Cathedral. Plenty of shopping and restaurants. 2 couples stayed here and everyone really enjoyed themselves.
Thanks so much. We would definitely stay in the same spot if we are in the area.
