Welcome to La Petite Bret
La Petite Bret is a charming house set in the converted outbuildings of an 18th-century estate. Here, you will enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside, while being only 1 km from shops. A pleasant walk will take you to the famous Château de Villandry, and the treasures of the UNESCO-listed Loire Valley are within easy reach: prestigious castles, vineyards, historic districts, shopping in Tours, and the Loire à Vélo cycling route.

Ground floor: bedroom with queen-size bed (160x200)
First floor: bedroom with king-size bed (180x200)
Semi-closed mezzanine (ensuring visual privacy): king-size bed (180x200)
Living spaces
Ground floor: large living room opening directly onto the terrace and garden, with lounge area, dining space, and fully equipped kitchen.
First floor: spacious loft with a large lounge area and smart TV.
Kitchen
Fully equipped with high-quality appliances: fridge-freezer, convection oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, French press, kettle, toaster, cookware, and tableware.
Bathrooms
Ground floor: bathroom with bathtub and WC
First floor: shower room + separate WC with washbasin
Washer-dryer available

This guest house is on a beautiful property. The guest house has plenty of space - 2 primary floors and a loft. There is a beautiful outdoor area and the pool can be used by guests. The owners and property manager are all extremely kind, hospitable and welcoming. The owners actually provided a bottle of bubbles as a welcome gift! Finally, the location is really convenient - 2 km from Villandry, less than 1 km to the main part of Savonnieres and within a 10 minute drive to the highway. Overall, my wife and I really enjoyed our stay.
