Beautiful restored tuffeau house with a view of the Coudray Montpensier castle. Ground floor: living room (sofas, TV, WIFI), kitchen, laundry room with toilet. 1st floor: 3 adjoining bedrooms: 1st bedroom (1 double bed) then, separated by a sliding door, the 2nd bedroom (1 single bed) and 3rd bedroom (1 single bed with children's area on the mezzanine, the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms form an open duplex and are linked by a staircase), bathroom (shower + bathtub), toilet, 4th bedroom (double bed, bathroom and toilet), shower room with toilet. 2nd floor: 5th bedroom (double bed), 6th bedroom (2 single beds). Gas central heating (included). Laundry room (washing machine, shared dryer). Private garden 500 m² enclosed on enclosed property (covered shelter that can be locked, table football in troglodyte space ideal for festive evenings in summer). All-inclusive gîte (heating, electricity, wood, sheets (beds made), towels, final cleaning) except tourist tax. Non-smoking accommodation. Superbe maison, grande, très bien équipée, cozy, ancienne et moderne en même temps.L'hôte est parfaite, communication facile, et très sympathique. Emplacement parfait, au calme mais à 10 minutes de Chinon. Bref séjour parfait, nous reviendrons avec plaisir
