Located on the shores of one of the most pristine lakes in America, Greers Ferry Lake, this lakefront home provides the ultimate retreat for family & friends with a path from the house directly to the waters edge!

The Space:
Inside you will immediately be greeted by natural light pouring in from the large windows that line the back of the house. The open concept floor plan will allow for easy entertaining and family fun! The entry way boasts the pool table and then you immediately flow into the living room, dining room, and the newly updated kitchen. Legacy Lodge is filled with comfortable furnishings and everything you will need to make your trip an unforgettable experience! The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the cookware & utensils that you will need to cook a delicious meal after a fun day on the lake. On the main floor you will also find the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and the laundry room. Off of the living room you step right on to the main deck that is furnished with comfortable outdoor seating, a dining table, TV, and a gas grill.
Located downstairs are three bedrooms + two bathrooms. The first is furnished with one queen bed and one twin bed, the second has two sets of bunk beds, and the last has a queen bed with an en-suite bathroom as well as a private entrance to the lower deck. The lower deck is where all the fun will be happening! With a ping pong table, darts, connect four, and baggo, you will never run out of things to do! Walking down towards the water there is a newly installed outdoor fire pit with custom furniture, and further down towards the lake is a peaceful landing with two chairs. Being ranked among one of the cleanest, clearest lakes in the nation, the water invites you to swim from Legacy Lodge's available shoreline. Enjoy swimming from the shore or take out the included canoe from the shore line to explore to your hearts content! Due to US Army Corp of Engineers rules, docking a boat and swimming from the boat dock is not allowed for guests from any boat dock on the lake. Legacy Lodge at Fairfield Bay is perched up on a hill, so you do have to walk down steps to get to the water.

Took our atv to Fairfield bay for family trail riding. Needed a place big enough for entire family and Legacy Lodge was perfect. Room to stretch out with great open floor plan. Pool table was a huge hit with grandkids. Well appointed with everything you need. Would not hesitate to rent again.

Lots to do. Perfect for entertaining. Enjoy your coffee on the back deck as the sun comes up. Layout works perfect for multiple families with the upstairs and downstairs. Only drawback is there isn't a half bath on main level, have to go through bedroom. The decks aren't connected on outside and can't get to kitchen off lower deck without going through second master bedroom and upstairs. Would stay again and host is excellent!
