About this cottage rental
The cottage NEAR JASMIN offers a beautiful area of 50 m2 in a chic and warm style. It consists of a living room with integrated fully equipped kitchen, a large bedroom with TV, a mezzanine of 15m2 that can serve as second bedroom and a bathroom.
All the household linen is provided. WIFI is available.
The sunny and secure pool (8.50 x 4.20), and 2 terraces, invite you to take maximum advantage of the Provençal climate.
Situated in Rasteau, Provence village nestled in the heart of famous vineyards of the Côtes du Rhône (Rasteau, Gigondas), it offers a view of the Montmirail and the "Giant of Provence" ... the Mont Ventoux.
10 km: Vaison La Romaine, Roman remains, festivals (dance & vocals) and its Provencal market on Tuesday morning
20 km: Orange, its Roman theater a UNESCO World Heritage Site
A 40 km; Avignon, city of the Popes, its theater festival and the famous Pont d'Avignon

A lovely, comfortable gîte, perfect for two, in a beautiful area - you can even see Mont Ventoux from the swimming pool! The amenities are all up-to-date, with a very well-planned kitchen which maximises the use of space. Excellent range of crockery & cutlery, unlike many gîtes in our expeience! The bed is especially comfortable.
The swimming pool is superb and very well maintained by the owners who are charming and on hand to answer any questions, but at the same time respect their guests' privacy.

Neat and tidy. Ideal for two people and OK for four. Pool was good and the garden was private and fine. Beds were good and the bathroom lovely. Sitting area inside was a bit cramped for four people - it was lovely to sit outside but the mosquitos are active at the time of year we were there.
The area is superb and we were very lucky to have a solid week of sunshine.
Would definitely recommend for a couple and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay as a four.

We love Provence and return here most years. This lovely gite was in Rasteau, home of one of our favourite wines. Rasteau is a very pretty village in the most perfect location. The gite itself is lovely. beautifully furnished with tasteful, restful colour schemes all to a high standard. The bedroom opens onto a lovely garden and the sitting area to a pretty deck. The kitchen is well equipped and everything feels very new. Previous renters have mentioned the lack of washing machine but one is installed and very efficient. The gite is perfectly suited to two people (though there is an additional mezzanine bedroom but the ladder is very steep). The garden is exceptional, very private and beautifully landscaped with jasmine in full flower, and a summer house with cushions for the sun loungers. The garden is sunny but with much needed shady areas under trees. This was a bonus as the temperatures were 30 degrees most days. There is also a full size table and barbeque in the garden, although we didn't use the latter. The front deck is also well set out with jasmine and clematis, and comfortable seating under a pergola. The pool is lovely. It is shared with the owners, who are delightful and totally respect one's privacy but are on hand for any questions. We were also able to park securely in the grounds of the house. We enjoyed our time here very much and plan to return. Thank you M.& Mme Moulin for a perfect week.
