2. Load and run the dishwasher (or hand wash dishes)
3. Leave used towels in the bathroom or laundry basket
4. Report any spills, damages, or maintenance issues immediately
Extra Cleaning Fees May Apply If:
Excessive trash or mess inside the home — $70–$140
Unwashed dishes or cookware — $20–$35
Heavily soiled or stained linens/towels — $25 per item
Bleach or deep cleaning for mattress pads or linens — $40–$65
Carpet or furniture stains — $50–$100
Biohazard cleanup (vomit, bodily fluids) — $100–$200
Unapproved pet messes or excessive hair (see Pet Policy below)
Lingering smoke or strong odors — $300–$550
Garage or outdoor areas left dirty — $30–$60
- Fees are only charged when necessary and fully documented with photos/invoices.

No unregistered guests allowed overnight
- Day visitors are welcome with host approval only

1. $650 venue fee
2. Immediate cancellation with no refund

Came down for a wedding so it was a short stay and couldn't take advantage of what the entire house offered but it was fantastic. Great communication with the host and they were able to let us get in 30 min early.
