Welcome to my Gorgeous & Spacious Home. This well laid out floor plan has Spacious Bedrooms, Living Area, Kitchen, High Vaulted Ceilings, Inside Laundry Room, New Laminate, Newer Bath Vanities in Both Bathrooms, Over Sized Driveway Parking, Huge Backyard in an Excellent Neighborhood!
This home is conveniently located near schools, parks, aquatics center, shopping, great restaurants, bars and has easy freeway commute access. You will ♥️my place because of the amenities, the location, etc.
This is a truly special property in a great community in 💐Roseville 🌹. You will find lots of windows that provide this home with loads of natural lighting. The family room has a cozy fireplace and looks out the hard to find spacious backyard with a patio and plenty of room.

The chef will enjoy the counter space and cabinetry storage in the kitchen. Two of the bedrooms have queen-size beds and the other two have full-size beds that you and your party can enjoy with a comfortable and relaxing time. As you enter the property, you will find a formal living room and dining room. The master suite is nicely sized and offers an ensuite bathroom with a walk in closet, dual vanities and soaking tub.

Pets are not allowed at this property. Violating the no-pet rules will result in eviction & HOA and/or RnR-imposed fines of up to $1,500. We understand the importance of Trained Service & ESA dogs & can help you find a dog-friendly home for your stay—we have many of them. If you have a service/support dog, are unable to find alternate lodging & insist on staying in this property, you will be charged a refundable security deposit to cover any damage, extra cleaning, or fines for violating the HOA and/or RnR house rules.

This home may also have security cameras to ensure parking does not exceed legal requirements. We care about your safety and security. We do not permit any video security devices inside our homes.

Guest have access to the whole house minus the garage.

- Laundry room: washer, dryer, iron, iron board, laundry detergent and softener.
-We may have linens in the washer. We apologize. We can't wait for them to finish the cycle as we finish cleaning the house early. Sorry for the inconvenience.
- Two parking spaces on the driveway and ample free street parking
Check-in: 5 pm.
Check-out: 11 am.

- Please use the dining room for eating; abstain from eating and drinking in bed.
- Please take care of the house and treat the furniture and amenities with respect.
- Please try to utilize the parking spaces in front of my house.
- No parties allowed.
- We don't allow visitors from our guest.
- No pets.
- No smoke inside of the property (if guest smoke inside we will charge a fee).
- No drugs inside of the property (medical cannabis neither).
- Locals must contact us before booking.
- One Security Ring Door Camera located in the Front of the House.

We have a professional pest control service every month. Our home is rural and surrounded by beautiful natural trees so on occasion, and despite our best efforts, a stray bug, roaches, spider, or other nature-loving creature may wander inside. This also happens during summer due to extremely hot and dry weather. Upon booking, guests accept this possibility and uncontrollable situation.

This was my first time ever VRBO stay so I was a little nervous. But the VRBO property manager was very responsive. I never waited long for him to respond to enquiries about the property, amenities, requirements. The property was spacious and very clean. Huge backyard. I would have paid more at a hotel than I did for this VRBO rental. So, I was very happy about that. Plus, the property was centrally located for easy access to the other areas.

Easy check-in, beds were fresh and clean, great shower pressure and we had good night sleeps. However, it was only good for sleeping. This house was lacking homeyness because of all the rules and regs. We felt like we couldn't enjoy ourselves in this house because the owners were watching on their cameras at the front door and back patio, positioned to see movement through the sheer drapes into the kitchen. Creepy! The couch was SO FAR from the TV (and was hung crooked on the wall) and it had no sports channels, so we couldn't even watch our games. The walls were dingy and needed paint desperately. This house has A LOT of potential but has NO curb appeal or homeyness whatsoever and the backyard was completely dead. The patio furniture advertised in the pictures was not there, obviously they didn't want us hanging out on the patio. This house was not our first choice, but our original reservation fell through due to HVAC problems (newer and more affordable), but this was the closest one to the family events we had nearby, but much more expensive and not at all worth the price. Fees were terribly high for what this house was. Reminder communications of late fees if we were late leaving... UGH! We left an hour early. Except for location, we wouldn't rent it again. It was obvious, this is a money maker only.
