Very clean, good location, good contact with the owner.

When you enter the apartment through the front door, there is one room on one side and two other doors that are usually locked. I assumed they were closets or storage areas for the owner, but it turned out that one of them was actually another rented room. I was completely unaware of this and had been leaving my room unlocked, only locking the main front door. On the second day, the owner messaged me asking why I wasn’t locking my room because other guests were staying there. I was really surprised, since I believed I had booked a private apartment. This was never mentioned anywhere in the listing. In the end it was okay because the other guest was quiet, but if there had been more people or noisy guests, you would hear everything since the rooms are right next to each other. The owner did apologize and later labeled the doors as “Apartment 1” and “Apartment 2” to avoid confusion, which I appreciated. However, I strongly think this setup should be clearly disclosed in the listing so future guests know they are sharing the apartment entrance and hallway with other renters.

Апартаменти не великі, але з усіма зручностями. Все дуже комфортно і чисто. Ідеальна локація. З паркуванням жодних проблем не було
