Location was absolutely fantastic - really great sized rooms, solid, quiet rooms with great, simple design. Calm feeling in hotel. Loved the idea that you could stay for longer and use the work facilities more. Lovely terrace, however….
Every time we went onto the roof terrace and tried to buy a drink to relax and watch the sunset, the lady at the bar told us we couldn’t unless we had dinner there. We could see other people sitting around with just drinks. The weather was great, not windy yet still we weren’t allowed to have a drink up there. This was a major disappointment. I feel if you’re staying at a hotel, you should have access to a bar, maybe more so then just walk-ins off the street. This felt a real let down.

The location is unbeatable
It is not a hotel. It is a co-living. The room is small, not cosy and the hygiene wasn't the best. The room was smelling from the bathroom canal. There is no regular cleaning of the rooms. No room service. I have also received 10 emails for a 2-night booking. Horrible CRM.
