A charming rural setting, in a garden, away from the main road, with several good gastro pubs quite nearby. The main lounge-bedroom is very spacious, comfotable, tastefully decorated and the vaulted beamed ceiling is certainly a wow-factor. The host was easy to reach by phone and very helpful.
It would be a really wonderful property if the kitchen and shower room were refurbished. By day the surroundings were peaceful and quiet but, by night, frequent aeroplanes & vehicles are very audible.

We liked the quiet, peaceful location and the fact that we were near places to visit. It was a nice retreat to be able to relax in and enjoy the countryside.

Location and setting
Outside the accommodation needed some work, broken paving slabs difficult to navigate due to mobility issues.
Generally it was a little dated and outside needed a good tidy up.
Could be fantastic with a bit of updating and care, and picking up the dog poo outside the room.
