Welcome to Warwick Road Studios, a novel concept in contemporary, self-contained and flexible live/work accommodation. They are designed for short to medium term use, ideal for business travellers and leisure visitors alike with free superfast Wi-Fi.
All one-bedroom apartments accommodate up to 4 people with king-size beds and comfortable double sofa-beds. They feature fully equipped kitchens, some with washer/dryer and dishwashers, dining tables, chairs and desks. Our Studio apartments, which accommodate up to 3 people, are delightfully quirky and practical with clever hideaway kitchens and pull-down double wall beds. All apartments have smart flat-screen TVs and feature modern bathrooms with Hansgrohe showers and illuminated mirror cabinets.
These six stylish new apartments are located in the heart of Beaconsfield, two minutes’ walk to the train station, from where you can be in central London (Marylebone) within 22 minutes, or to Wembley Stadium/Arena in less than 20 minutes. Heathrow Airport is also just 20 minutes’ drive away. The UK’s world-famous National Film and Television School (NFTS) is just a short walk through town.
On your doorstep, there is a wide range of cafés, restaurants, shops and bars, making it an ideal base for visiting or working in London, or sightseeing in the Chiltern Hills, Windsor and the Thames Valley.
All our apartments are fully-furnished and equipped for short to medium term stays, from one night up to three months. They can be serviced to your requirement during your stay and range in size from Studios to generous one-bedroom apartments. Free overnight parking is available in the council carpark next door.

The Warwick Road Studios fit my needs perfectly. The location was great, with the train station, shops and several excellent restaurants and bars within a few minutes' walking distance, and the owners/managers couldn't have been more accommodating. Thank you.

Very nice property - excellent hosts very attentive to my needs. walkable to Beaconsfield stores, train etc. I highly recommend this as a place to stay
