About this house rental
This is a new build in 2021, open floor plan, lots of windows and new appliances. Only a 4 minute walk to the beach and on the west side of HWY 101. Mature trees in the yard and neighborhood provide a perfect PNW feel. Fishing Rock State park is only a 3 minute walk away-perfect for sunsets and whale watching.
The downstairs bedroom has a full bunkbed with a third trundle twin size matter underneath so it can sleep 3 people comfortably. The upstairs bedroom is huge and has a queen and two twins. Plus a large walk-in closet that is perfect for someone who needs to sleep where it is totally dark.

I totally enjoyed my stay. I could walk on nearby beach and neighborhood. People were friendly. There was a grocery store and restaurant close, too. Location was close to Siletz River. It meant all my needs.
