Spend your days lounging on the nearby beach or exploring the island’s natural beauty and rich history. The Afandou Golf Course is only 12.5 km away for golf lovers, while daily essentials can be found at the Sklavenitis supermarket, 6.2 km from the property. There are also several local taverns and restaurants nearby, offering authentic Greek cuisine. The villa is located near the Euromedica Clinic and is well connected to surrounding attractions. Inside, you’ll find two inviting living rooms with comfortable seating and TVs equipped with streaming services. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, and all the tools needed to prepare delicious home-cooked meals. All bedrooms are air-conditioned to ensure a cool and restful night’s sleep, and some offer private balconies with lovely views of the surrounding landscape. This home is perfect for a relaxing and memorable Greek island holiday. A security deposit of EUR 160,00 will be required closer to your check-in date. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services such as cleaning, service charges, consumption, damages or any additional charges incurred during stay. Any balance from the deposit will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

We had an amazing time at this holiday home in Koskinou! The place was super spacious, which made it perfect for our group, The kitchen had everything we needed to whip up some meals, and the garden was a nice chill spot after a day at the beach, It’s only a short walk to the sea, which was a major plus, The WiFi was a bit slow, but we managed just fine, Overall, would totally recommend for a relaxing getaway!
